If you would like to request a pitch, please use the form below to contact us.  We do not accept bookings by telephone.  

 

Bookings will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of payment of a deposit.  This is via a secure on-line payment to which a link will provided upon completing this form.  PLEASE ENSURE YOU PRINT THE CONFIRMATION.

   

Please note, a deposit is required for EACH PITCH / TENT.  If making a booking for more than one pitch, multiple deposit payments will be required.  Please note that we can only ensure that groups are situated together if the GROUP NAME field is completed.

 

We courteously point any groups (accepted by prior agreement) to our rules on noise (none after 10pm); music (none whatsover at anytime) and young people (no groups of under 25s); no rallies etc; except by prior arrangement.
